We are looking to hire an experienced cook to work in the hotel restaurant for the summer 2024 season. The candidate must have full knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean to produce tasteful plates with Greek flavors and select Mediterranean flavors. The candidate must know costing, supply order handling, and menu creation.
