TECHNICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR – BALLERUP

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be engaging with customers, subcontractors, colleagues, and suppliers. You will work as a consultant, primarily onsite at the customer and sometimes from our DIS office. The projects vary in duration, size and industries, but within the mechanical field.
You have the responsibility for technical deliverables by providing support to both customers, subcontractors, and colleagues. It is important that you uphold industry norms, laws, and regulations while making decisions that align and contribute to our technical goals. Additionally, you focus on providing your team with the necessary technical guidance, sparring and support.

Who you are
We are seeking a visionary and technical strong team player who can contribute to our success. You have a technical background as a mechanical engineer, marine engineer or similar, preferably combined with several years of experience in stakeholder management. You are dedicated to your profession, are up to date with the newest knowledge within your field, and you take pride in high quality and professionalism.
To succeed in this role, it’s essential that you:
- Have experience with product development and/or development of specialized machinery.
- Possess a strong understanding of the design and construction of production and process facilities, specialized machinery, steel structures, and CE marking/machinery directive.
- Thrive in the role of a technical sparring partner with customers and suppliers, where you take responsibility for the technical deliverables in the customer projects, you’re involved in. This includes managing technical tender and procurement of technical components and equipment.
- Have experience in stakeholder management.

You’re proactive, outgoing, independent, and comfortable in the consultant role where you interact with various stakeholders. Sharing your technical expertise comes naturally to you, and you are motivated to guide and advise your colleagues. Additionally:
