Technical Support & Trainer (M/W)

› Organise and execute internal and external technical training sessions for global Eversys partners.
› Travel occasionally to visit and train our clients abroad.
› Answer technical hotline calls.
› Work with our HubSpot ticketing system.
› Support the telemetry activities.
› Collaborate internally to improve our products by identifying potential problems and alerting the relevant teams (Product Management, Production, R&D and Software).
› Support the sales team for trials at major accounts.
› Support the R&D team with field tests for new materials, functionalities and products
› Education : technical field, electronics or mechanical engineering
› Great communication skills and the ability to learn new training technics
› Ability to work closely with internal departments and teams
› Previous experience or background in coffee equipment is essential.
› Fluency in both English and German is essential.
› French is an asset.
