Your Mission
As the person responsible for plant operations, you support the Operations Manager in organizing the operation and ongoing maintenance of the facilities.
Your Tasks
- You act as the link between the Zermatt operations team and the central units, coordinating various projects as well as planned maintenance to ensure smooth operations on site.
- You record, plan, and process maintenance and operational work orders using SAP and MS Office, and coordinate the necessary resources with the responsible parties.
- You create, update, and optimize maintenance plans and instructions according to manufacturer specifications or internal guidelines.
- You serve as the point of contact for suppliers and supervise their work.
- You prepare material and tool orders.
- You support the mechanical team.
- You participate in the on-call service.

Uvjeti radnog mjesta
Your Skills
- You have basic mechanical training and have completed further job-related education (e.g., Maintenance Specialist, Operations Specialist, Maintenance Manager).
- You have at least five years of experience in a hydropower plant or in the industrial sector.
- You have experience in leading and supporting teams.
- You possess strong IT skills and have experience with SAP.
- You are fluent in German and ideally also in French.
- You are a team-oriented, communicative, and dynamic individual with high flexibility and strong assertiveness.
