En tant que chargé(e) de relation client, votre mission consiste à:

  • Traiter les demandes de vos clients (touristes ou voyageurs d'affaires) en Finnois, par téléphone ou par email: confirmation de réservation, renseignements, litiges.
  • Assurer l'interface en Anglais avec les hôtels partenaires pour trouver une solution en cas de surbooking, de demandes spécifiques.

Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue Anglais/Finnois. Vous avez une expérience en relation client.

Une formation interne est dispensée à la prise de poste.
