Residential & Commercial Gas Generator Sales Specialist - SI
Pramac, part of the world's third-largest diesel and gas generator manufacturer, is a rapidly growing international company recognized for the quality of its products and its capacity for continuous innovation. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to expand our presence in a rapidly developing market with responsibility for Central and Northern Italy.
The Sales Specialist will join the Italian sales team and be responsible for the development and promotion of the Residential and Commercial Gas Generators line. This position will play a key role in creating new sales channels through the search and direct activation of key accounts in the gas sector or related areas, as well as through direct sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the sales network for the Residential and Commercial Gas Generators line in Central and Northern Italy.
- Implement a direct sales strategy (B2C), with a widespread approach throughout the region.
- Identify, engage, and retain key accounts (installers, retailers, gas operators, etc.) capable of acting as "sales multipliers."
- Support customers throughout all phases of the sales process: technical consulting, quotes, and contract closing.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted promotional campaigns.
- Monitor the target market and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Achieve sales targets agreed upon with sales management.
- Previous experience in a sales role (preferably B2C or B2B2C), ideally in energy, gas, HVAC, plant engineering, or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Strong focus on results and achieving objectives.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Availability to travel frequently throughout the country.
