Currently one of our global clients is in search of:
Quality Team Leader with French
Responsibilities:
• Drive standard development across team and align across centers.
• Ensure compliance to quality standards and to quality processes..
• Analyze data, identify issues and participate in problem resolution.
• Cascade new projects to the team
• Participate in meetings on client satisfaction process.
• Explore opportunities of improvement on internal and client satisfaction processes and tools.
To apply for this role, we are looking for someone with the following skills & experience:
• At least 2 years experience in Analytical role
• At least 2 years experience in Quality Assurance role
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills and ideally have gained team leader experience within a call center environment.
• Ability to work under low supervision and to be proactive.
• Self driven and motivated.
• Ability to configure and modify connections to various Data Sources
• Fluent French and English language skills
• Bachelor’s degree
