Key Account Manager, Nordics
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive sales for our cutting-edge AI radiology software in Scandinavia. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients within the radiology sector, primarily in hospitals and B2B partnerships. We are looking for an individual with a hunger and passion for disruptive medical technologies, a strong sales orientation, and an understanding of the medical field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales revenue quota for Radiobotics products in the Nordics region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Identify and attend relevant tradeshows and conferences alongside frequent customer visits
- Act as primary point of contact and establish yourself as a trusted advisor, fostering adoption to ensure renewal and increase upsell opportunities
- Analyse market trends and formulate effective sales and marketing strategies to position Radiobotics as the premier fracture detection software on the market
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to implementation, managing multiple stakeholders and decision-makers (clinical, finance, procurement, IT).
- Drive and support regional sales partners and distributors
- Lead contract negotiations and proactively pursue expansion opportunities
- Travel up to 40% for customer visits and attend bi-weekly team collaboration sessions

Qualifications and Skills:
- The ideal candidate should be located in Denmark, Sweden, or Norway
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field. Clinical experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in SaaS or medtech industries.
- Native speaker in at least one Scandinavian language and fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve results.
- Influencing and negotiation skills to drive successful contract agreements.
- Ability to manage a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle multiple responsibilities and priorities in a dynamic and exciting start-up environment
