For our cozy restaurant Tivoli Brasserie, we are looking for a skilled, experienced and ambitious chef who wants to be part of our team in the a la carte kitchen. Tivoli Brasserie is a restaurant in true Brasserie style with a focus on fresh ingredients. Our most important task is to give our guests a breathtaking taste experience - and we do this through a high professional level, focus on quality and strong collaboration within the team.
As an à la carte chef, you get a lot of variation and no two days are the same – you will have many different kinds of tasks, and we make sure that you constantly develop - both professionally and personally.

Tasks:
- Cooking and serving in the a la carte kitchen
- Preparation of service
- Planning menus - and generally coming up with new ideas
- Training of new colleagues and students
Who are you?
- You're a trained chef
- You work independently
- You can keep track and keep track of many things at once
- You want to create results through a solid collaboration - both with the kitchen and the waiters
- You go to the task with a smile on your face
- You can communicate English at an understandable level
