As Product Manager within the Product & Portfolio Management team - you put your years of product management experience within translating customer needs, market and competitor trends into new, innovative product solutions – so that EPOS product portfolio is outstanding and competitive.
You will be part of the Product and Portfolio team consisting of motivated and experienced colleagues. We all work with a ‘’can-do’’ attitude and you will be a part of an environment where everybody helps each other to succeed, grow and develop. You will have a central role in the organization and have close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders within a global setup.
Your job is to:
- Translate customer needs and market trends into the definition of new innovative product solutions, experiences, and features.
- Be the product ambassador throughout the development process in close interaction and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Support the go-to-market process and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Support to maximize business impact and customer satisfaction
- Be a central contributor to a successful commercial launch and implementation of current and future products.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the product solution experience incl. look & feel meet the customer needs
- Embed knowledge about user needs, market trends, competitors, Unified Communication Partners, technology trends and internal innovation opportunities into new product solutions
- Drive and own the product solution business case
- Ensure key selling points and communication messages are aligned
- Ensure our product portfolio within category is attractive and competitive
- Product Life Cycle Management within category to maximize business impact and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a global setting – with demonstrated track record of defining, creating, launching, and maintaining product solutions in the market
- Pro-active and outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial education – preferably with a passion to couple user needs, design and technology
- Strong project- and stakeholder management skills – incl. experience in engaging and influencing global cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills to ensure data driven decisions
- Fluent English work proficiency
- Available for travel between 15-30 days per year
