SalMar is one of the world's largest and most efficient producers of farmed salmon. Since its inception in 1991 SalMar has developed into a vertically integrated aquaculture enterprise, whose production stretches from roe/broodfish to the sale of finished products. SalMar has significant harvesting and processing activity locally in Norway and with the main office on Frøya in Trøndelag. As a Production Worker at InnovaMar, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, contributing to the harvesting and processing of premium salmon. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including manual cutting, packing, sorting, and preparation. You’ll experience shifts alternating between day and evening, enriching your work-life balance.
Qualifications We Value:
While experience in salmon or food production is a plus, it’s not a necessity.
Effective communication skills in English are essential.
