About the Role
Egon is continuously looking for chefs for several of their restaurants across Norway. This includes both experienced chefs and candidates with ambitions to grow into leadership roles such as assistant kitchen manager or head chef.
You will be part of a structured kitchen operation with clear routines, strong teamwork, and a constant focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and execution of à la carte dishes from Egon’s menu
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Work efficiently during high-paced service
- Contribute to good teamwork and communication between kitchen and front-of-house
- Follow routines related to IK-MAT / HACCP
- Participate in prep work, ordering, and daily kitchen operations
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a chef (restaurant, hotel, or similar)
- Ability to handle high-volume service in a structured way
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset
- Interest in developing further, including leadership roles
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate within Norway
- Speak English fluently
