We are currently looking for friendly customer advisors (m/f/d) in the Dutch Team on behalf of our client, a leading provider of financial services, in full or part time at the Berlin location. Even if you speak another mother tongue, you are welcome to contact us. We can then ask our client if there is a need for this "foreign" language in the international teams.

Your tasks
- Customer care (80% telephony and 20% mail processing)
- Answering customer enquiries on the phone regarding payment processing
- Writing letters based on open claims and contacting customers (also by e-mail)
- Entering and managing transactions for customers using the accounting system
