- Licenciado em Engenharia Civil; - Inscrição na ordem dos engenheiros ou na Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos; - Experiência superior a 5 anos na área da construção civil; - Apoio na gestão do orçamento de empreitada; - Apoio no comando e coordenação das atividades de construção de uma empreitada; - Identificação de soluções construtivas e fornecedores; - Garantia da execução da obra e realização financeira da obra dentro dos prazos e dos valores definidos; - Identificar soluções construtivas e fornecedores; - Carta de condução (B1/B); - Disponibilidade para deslocações a nível nacional.
