We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to help our centralised raw material warehouse team of 3 colleagues
As we continue our global growth, the need to procure raw materials go up. We currently oversee more than 80 shipments sent to our 27 factories around the world, and we expect the number of shipments to continue rising. Therefore, we need your help.
As a centralized raw material warehouse team we order raw materials from global suppliers, and coordinate shipping to our external warehouse in the Rotterdam Area.
Some of the things you can look forward to
Our new colleague will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials are available for all our plants around the world. As our Warehouse Coordinator you will:

Coordinate outbound shipments of raw materials to Hempel factories globally

Source raw material from vendors globally

Participate in all customer service activities

Plan shipments and follow-up with transport companies

Assist our factories and sales teams with ad hoc requirements
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator
You will be working with engaged colleagues from all over the world in internal networks. We expect you to have minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience from working in an international organization. Furthermore we expect you to have:

Experience in Logistics industry

Experience in D365 is an advantage

Solid experience with MS office

Great planning and coordination skills

A service-minded personality, and a team player spirit

Good communication skills

The ability to take decisions in pressured situations
