The role involves preparing the restaurant or bar area before opening, welcoming and serving guests, taking and processing orders, and issuing and charging bills. The employee is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation of tables, handling basic guest complaints, and managing daily cash and consumption records
Duties and responsibilities:
- preparing the restaurant/bar and other areas before opening
- welcoming and serving guests
- taking orders, entering them into the system, issuing and charging bills
- calculating daily consumption and submitting cash to the cashier
- maintaining cleanliness and the aesthetic appearance of tables
- handling simple guest complaints
- applying occupational health and safety measures
- performing all activities in accordance with legal regulations, internal policies, procedures, and company objectives
Required qualifications and competencies:
- vocational or secondary school qualification in hospitality
- friendliness and hospitality
- team-oriented mindset

knowledge of at least two foreign languages (preferably English, German or Italian)
Preferred qualifications and competencies:
- experience in the same or similar positions in the hospitality industry
