The Monastery of Santa María de Valbuena, where the hotel is housed, is one of the best-preserved Cistercian complexes in Europe.

The hotel features 79 rooms, a wellness area with a thermal pool, infinity pool, and treatment cabins, as well as vineyards, an organic garden, a restaurant, a gastrobar, a wine cellar, and a terrace. Its gastronomic offerings blend tradition and modernity, created in collaboration with the prestigious chef Miguel Ángel de la Cruz. We are currently looking for waiters/waitresses to join our 5-star Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena Hotel. If you have a passion for service and enjoy working in a team, we invite you to be part of a dynamic and growing environment!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
• Attending the cafeteria.
• Carrying out service duties independently and responsibly.
• Assisting with set-up, service, and clean-up in the dining room, other event spaces, and buffet areas.
• Providing customer service in the restaurant, cafeteria, and events, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all guests.
• Preparing and maintaining the work area, equipment, and utensils to guarantee top-quality service.
• Handling billing and payment processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in 4-star hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Vocational training in Hospitality and Tourism (F.P.I.).
• B1 level of English.
• Food handler certification.

Additional Valued Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
• Immediate availability.
• Knowledge of oenology.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Understanding of dining etiquette and protocol.
