Les équipes à Luxembourg sont multiculturelles et nécessitent d’être gérées par des personnes qui ont cette habilité et cette volonté d’être immergés dans plusieurs cultures et manières de travailler.

Digital Project Management

Profil du VIE (formation, spécialité, type d’expériences recherchées, niveau de langues…)

• Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities

• Formal qualification or studying towards a qualification in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or Building

• Able to work to tight deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner

• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team

• Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.

Your housing in Luxembourg will be covered by the company (with an upper limit).

It implies an abatement of 20% on the geographical part of the V.I.E compensation.

This V.I.E opportunity is open to all Nationals (aged 18-28 years) from European Economic Area (EEA).

The main mission of the person will be to be part of the digital transformation as a Project Management Assistant.

You as V.I.E will be part of The Corporate IT department, composed by a small and multicultural team of experts coming from different regions across the world. The corporate IT department is leading the Digitalization journey. As a V.I.E you will integrate the CCT (Corporate Cloud transformation) and the WCT (Workplace Corporate transformation) programs. You will be part of transition and transformation journey while moving the entire data center to Cloud, and so closing legacy data center. Migrate the legacy workplace by using O365 capabilities (Skype for Business, 1drive, Exchange online, O2016 ...etc.). Being part of the Cloud PBX project and also contributing of the state of the art technology for our new head quarter. This is in few words what Corporate IT is doing at the point of time.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager to provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally, as set out in PM’s scopes of service

• Chair and minute design team meetings

• Support the Project Manager and Architects in successful project delivery

• Contribute to the evolution of the PM’s documentation and methods

• Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Foster + Partners procedures and standards

• Develop skills and knowledge to progress towards Project Manager

• Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required.
