VENZO - Security Architect

We are looking for a security architect to join our rapidly growing, and highly ambitious team. We value a hands on, operational approach, as our clients require practical and useful solutions that can be correctly scoped and implemented, often in an on-site capacity.

We have a growing pipeline of customers that have already bought into the Microsoft Security and Compliance stack, and are looking to VENZO for advisory, guidance and implementation.

What are your skills?
We are looking for a colleague with knowledge of, and preferably experience with, two or more of the below categories. We do not expect you to master them all from Day 1. But we do expect you to have a growth mindset and a professional desire to learn and develop with these advanced technologies:

Identity:
• Experience in designing and implementing Active Directory and Entra ID  strategies with security as a focus.
• Experience in integrating on-premises Active Directory with Entra ID (using e.g. Entra ID Connect, Active Directory Federation Services)
• Envision and deploy modern identity solutions (e.g. Entra ID MFA, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Entra ID B2B)
• Knowledge about Microsoft Client/Server Operating Systems including related services (e.g. Certificate Authority, authentication/authorization mechanisms, encryption, health attestation)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Cloud App Security for advanced conditional access configurations

Security:
• Experience in Microsoft Defender Suite (Endpoints, Office365, Identity, Cloud App  Security and Defender for Cloud) – able to configure and advisor on what to look for    and how to operate
• Knowledge related to Microsoft security recommendations
• Basic understanding of Azure Security Services (e.g. Azure Security Center, Azure Log   Analytics, Microsoft Sentinel)
• Knowledge of common attack vectors and tools (e.g. Pass the Hash, Golden Ticket,      ransomware)
• Knowledge about zero trust and identity based security

Compliance
• Experience in designing classification, labelling and protection solutions based in  Microsoft Purview
• Knowledge in Data Loss Prevention configurations
• Deeper knowledge on compliance frameworks, e.g. GDPR, ISO2700x, CIS18
• Knowledge about zero trust and identity based security
• Knowledge related to Microsoft security recommendations
• Basic understanding of Azure Security Services (e.g. Azure Security Center, Azure Log  Analytics, Microsoft Sentinel Sentinel)
