The primary purpose of the role is to drive outbound sales activity with some inbound activity to develop customer relationships, negotiate and win projects, designs and contracts across an assigned customer base. The Agent will report to the Inside Sales Manager but will partner closely with outside sales manager/s to deliver regional sales growth.

Business development for the entire assigned account base including:

Requirements:

  • Identifying and converting a pipeline of new business opportunities in line with expected timescales and growth targets.

  • Identifying key competitor account opportunities and formulating plans to deliver and convert significant wins, ensuring maximum profitability from right product and services mix.

  • Supporting in the creation of client proposals, contracts, and Quarterly Business Review’s.

  • Managing new agreement roll-outs in partnership with Marketing and Quote & Technical functions.

  • Interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrable sales experience.

  • Good PC skills, with ability to understand and communicate data.

  • Excellent English and local language (where required), verbal and written skills.

  • Self motivated, resilient and ability to work independently.
