STORES CONTROLLER | Circa €37,100 Per annum
Reporting to the Food, Beverage and Retail Manager, the Stores Controller is a key post, responsible for; supplier ordering, goods received, on site delivery and cost management of the Central Stores function for the Food and Beverage Division. You will have commercial accountability for purchasing up to €1m per annum of products and operational responsibility for delivering to 10 outlets internally with the support of a small team.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive your contracted hours per period.
Your working hours will include days, evenings, weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.

Duties will include:
Ensuring the delivery of our service standards through proactive management and support of the junior management teams
Ensuring all divisional operating procedures are followed and taking an active part with all internal and external audits and compliance.
Delivery of financial KPIs through effective ordering, stock management, wastage and payroll controls
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a busy, multi operational warehouse/stores environment and will be able to demonstrate good financial awareness and possess computer literacy and analytic skills. Good verbal and written communication skills are also required and you should be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills, along with a clear ability to lead and motivate a team. A full driving licence will be required to undertake this role as you will be required to drive company vehicles around site.
