Job description

- Handle incoming request either via phone or written form 

- High level of customer care and stakeholder management

- Coordinate order change requests from customers and/or plants

- Follow the global supply chain requirements for order planning, movement and compliance

- Make sure that all data is accurate in the system

- Follow up and escalate supply issues

- To ensure adherence to policies and procedures

- Perform continous improvement

Requirements

- Relevant experience in the area of supply chain / export / customer services

- Fluency in English and Spanish

- High proficiency in Ms Excel

- Highly effective communication skills
