The Sheraton Athlone Hotel is pleased to invite applications from experienced Spa Therapists to join our friendly and professional Sirana Spa team.

Cocooned deep within Sheraton Athlone Hotel, Sirana urban spa is inspired by the sand, heat & colours of the Sahara desert. Sirana features unique signature spa treatments coupled with the most popular and luxurious Elemis spa treatments. This is pampering on a different level. Sirana Spa boasts seven contemporary treatment suites, a rustic tepidarium, Arabian Rasul Chamber and a spacious, tranquil relaxation suite.

You will have a warm and engaging personality with exceptional interpersonal skills, a gentle & understated manner who are immaculately presented, and display natural elegance.

You will previous Spa experience and have a strong customer focus, and will possess qualities in keeping with the company core values: Excellence, Passion, Honesty, Loyalty & Fun!

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure an excellent standard of Guest care, service and professionalism are achieved at all times
  • To deliver the highest level of consistent Spa Therapy at all times to ensure our guests leave feeling pampered, having received a memorable spa experience
  • To drive the promotion and selling of Spa treatments leading to bookings and repeat bookings
  • To ensure the safety and comfort of your guest at all times while in your care and around all areas of the spa
  • To assist in any other duties as required
  • To work towards and achieve set targets
  • To carry out the treatments to a high professional standard
  • To ensure the working environment is kept to the utmost cleanliness

Requirements

Essential

  • Must be ITEC/CIBTAC and/or CIDESCO qualified
  • Experience in massage treatments, body treatments, facials, waxing, manicures & pedicures
Atout
  • Reflexology qualification and relevant experience is desirable but not essential
  • Retail sales experience
  • Elemis experience is desirable but not essential
