What is the challenge:
As the Sous Chef of the hotel, you support the Executive Chef in all tasks related to the smooth operation of the department, maintaining high service standards, monitoring hygiene and safety rules, and achieving the hotel's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining high service standards, coordinating, organizing, and controlling the adherence to procedures.
- Care for the organization of the kitchen (cookware, etc.).
- Supervise all staff actions during work.
- Test and check all preparations and dishes before serving to customers.
- Adhere to all hygiene and storage rules for raw materials according to HACCP standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the space after cooking.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel.
- Graduate of a culinary school.
- Knowledge of food management standards.
