We are looking for an ambitious Sommelier for the upcoming season of 2022.

In Restaurant Bandak we have a classic fine dining service and our French food philosophy dates back to the hotel's opening in 1894. To take the guest s back in time and show them that both service and dining follow classic etiquette rules is something we strive for every day.
We serve à la carte for lunch and afternoon tea on the terrace. For dinner, there are set menus with three, five or seven dishes that are served in the main dining room.
As Sous chef you are a central part of the management team in the kitchen and you will assist Executive chef Mikael Öster with the daily operations, such as menus, order, item counting and service. You will also always be a role model for your colleagues in the kitchen and in the restaurant. Experience from fine dining is a plus.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing
Work tasks:
- Quality control of the daily operation in the kitchen
- Assist executive chef with recruitment when necessary
- To lead and train the chefs
- Be central in creating and upholding a good work environment
- Assist Executive chef in cost control, staffing, waste management and general order
