Service & Support Manager
Santint is a global producer of color dispensing equipment for retail decorative and carrefinish market segments. This year 2023, we will embark on a very significant project that shall place us at the forefront of Innovations in the Paint Markets. Santint BV in Katwijk (Amsterdam area) is expanding its activities, and we are looking to hire the right people to support the growth of our business in the EMEA region. Breaking into the marketplace with new technologies and solutions will put Santint at the top of our playing field. Also, we are searching for new premises and office locations to give room to realize our plans. To realize our growth plans we are interested to meet candidates that are qualified for the position of Service & Support Manager. The Service Manager has education level of University of Applied Sciences or can demonstrate a thorough experience track record of Service Management. He or she knows how to handle (inter)national service partners and to build a Service Platform to support our clients. The Service Manager has the right IT skills (Windows / CRM / Office Tools) is a good communicator and knows how to handle clients. He/she is also hands-on in dealing with issues from the marketplace.
Good levels of English. Dutch / German language skills are welcome;
Good writing skills;
The right educational levels and the right experience;
Customer oriented / proactive and hands-on mentality;
Travelling is part of the job;
Available 32-40 hours / week.
