Service B'

He/she is responsible for the proper functioning of his/her post and follows the instructions of the Head of the department so that the provision of services is in accordance with the standards and objectives of the company in order to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Be pleasant, willing, helpful, and unbiased towards customers
  • Be responsible for the cleanliness, elegance and uniformity of the post before, during and after the service.
  • Be responsible and takes care of the cleanliness and proper use of the materials and utensils he uses, always maintaining the smooth operation of his post.
  • Follow the instructions of the supervisor, cooperates with him for any peculiarities of the service, informs him of any problems and helps if the need arises in another department.
  • Maintain a good cooperation with our restaurant and kitchen colleagues.

 

 

Exigences professionnelles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Hospitality/Tourism Diploma will be considered an additional qualification
  • Relevant experience in a bar/restaurant, ideally in a 4* hotel environment
  • Fluency in English & Greek

Skills:

  • Enthusiastic with a friendly personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • Team spirit
