Senior Recruitment Coordinator - French Speaker
In this role you will:

Administer offer management processes (including but not limited to background check screening, collecting and reviewing candidate’s documents, updating the system and relevant trackers, resolving queries from candidates, Hiring Managers and suppliers via phone and e-mail)

Guide candidates through Security Employment Screening pattern

Contact internal & external Stakeholders on a daily basis -by phone and email

Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required

Manage day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary

Work towards the service levels agreements (SLA) and compliance standards

Manage various administration activities that would be specific to your account
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Very good English and French – both verbal and written

Strong customer skills as well as team-working and collaborative skills

High level of accuracy

Excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multitasking skills whilst maintaining a pro-active and positive approach
