For our PLM System Management Team we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior PDM Solution Architect. As a senior PDM Solution Architect you will be Siemens Teamcenter super user and on the forefront of shaping the system and the business process surrounding it for the future. You will be involved in strategic decisions and at the same be in depth on the technical side bridging between business and IT.

What are my responsibilities?

· To ensure that Teamcenter users understand and follow the defined working procedures and standards · To play a key role in a series of important PLM projects involving Teamcenter and NX · To provide at-elbow user support and assistance on all Teamcenter related activities and issues · To develop methodology and tools to support migrated data cleanup · To develop methods for working with complex models – including model simplification · To define, lead and successfully implemented complex projects to improve the utilization and business benefit of using Teamcenter · To collect and analyze the business’ needs · To identify the needs and create the business process model and propose a solution that meets the customer's requirements · To document functional specifications · To define deployment methodologies, integration, testing and validation

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· You have over 10 years in-depth experience of CAD/PDM systems and PLM technology across a variety of different complex manufacturing industries · You have been working with PDM as an integrated part of business process development with Teamcenter as the PLM IT tool of choice - experience as Teamcenter super user is an advantage · You have strong knowledge of Teamcenter CAD integration, integration to other IT applications, Document management and Product Structure Management · You have direct experience of managing and implementing change in complex organizations · You have an innovative and tenacious approach to your work and get a great deal of satisfaction seeing companies succeed by leveraging competitive advantage from people, technology and optimized processes · You are solution oriented, resourceful and proactive – and performing well under pressure · You have excellent organizational, problem solving, planning, project management and communication skills · You are a good strategic thinker with outstanding technical vision and thought leadership · You are a strong team player with the ability to lead, educate, motivate and develop staff · You have a professional customer focused attitude and strong customer relationship building skills In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
