We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer with experience within Maintenance & Asset Management.

As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will experience an independent job and versatile work with professional challenges matching your technical area of expertise. You will be involved in small and large development projects and assume ownership of efficient project execution. Here you will solve tasks individually or in teams, either from the office or as a consultant based at the customer. Always with the option of knowledge sharing with your colleagues – as a DIS employee you will never work alone. Your role can vary between advisory services, consultancy workforce, and project management. In this position, you can expect to be challenged both professionally and personally as well as becoming part of our team that creates solutions for the future.

 

The job as a Senior Maintenance Engineer involves a solution-oriented approach to strategic maintenance optimization within all disciplines of a maintenance organization. You will be responsible for solution development and execution in close dialogue with the customer. Our customers are primarily within operation and maintenance organizations in renewables, production & process, power plants, and utility industries. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to have both a coordinating and leading role.

 

Our work environment is very agile, and you may therefore expect many different tasks and responsibilities. One of our key strengths is the back-office support from 700+ dedicated engineering colleagues in all technical areas.

 

Tasks could be, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic maintenance management development and stakeholder management.
  • Advisory services and consultancy work.
  • Conducting maintenance performance benchmarking and compliance audits.
  • Performing technical due diligence and CAPEX investment estimations and requirements
  • LCC / LCP analysis.
  • Conducting courses and training in maintenance techniques, terminology, and failure types
  • Risk and criticality assessments based on organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing maintenance plans and tasks based on analytical data and best practice maintenance concepts.
  • Documentation management
  • Project management

Exigences professionnelles

We are looking for a visionary and professional team playerYou have more than 8 years of experience within maintenance management and execution and your educational background is as a marine engineer or similar. It is an advantage if you have additional education or formal qualifications within maintenance management or project management. You understand business economics in relation to maintenance management. If you have acquired your skills in an alternative way, we would still like to hear from you.

 

As part of a consulting business, we expect that you are good at understanding new complicated problems and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you act flexible and are willing to take on several different roles within the project work. You are motivated and passionate about maintenance where you keep focus on the technical details and thrive with responsibility and customer contact.
