For our Onshore - Customer Order Engineering (United Kingdom, North Europe and APAC) department we are looking for a SCADA Technician to join our team based in Ikast. In this role, you will be responsible for installing site specific SCADA hardware onsite and secure that the SCADA system comes online. You provide support during SCADA SAT, and perform site specific training to internal and external customers.
What are my responsibilities?
· Primary contact person for site personal regarding SCADA support issues/trouble shooting. · Installation of SCADA hardware onsite. · Secure SCADA system comes online. · Support to the onshore SCADA project team during installation, commissioning and SAT. · Creating as-build documentation and handle snag-list issues within own field of work. · Identifying issues and bring up solutions for improving WTG SCADA in general incl. grid related SCADA. · Perform training in checklists and work instructions to site personal. · Provide technical support to the project team in the execution phases. · Secure a structured interface to and collaboration with engineering specialists. · FAT test of SCADA system. · Back office support to site personal during installation, commissioning and handover.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· We expect you to have a deep technical insight from a background as Electrical Technician, Electrical Engineer or similar and experience with commissioning of SCADA systems. · Preferably you have gained experience from the wind turbine, power business, an industry company or from a provider of advanced SCADA systems. · You have experience from a large global organization and used to collaboration with international teams. · As a person, you are an action-oriented team player, well-structured and able to create and maintain an overview of complex tasks. · You are good at networking, has a positive mindset, and you possess excellent communication skills in English. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
