Main responsibilities / Missions

  • In charge of corporate sales for two aparthotels Adagio in Brussels, 250 apartments located in Brussels city center
  • Coordinates actions and missions on corporate sales with Adagio sales department and the Accor Group
  • Increases sales performance of the corporate customer portfolio through higher penetration within the existing accounts
  • Acquires new corporate accounts with focus on extended stay (4 nights and more) to increase the customer portfolio of the two aparthotels
  • Develops corporate cross-selling revenue for the French and Central European properties

Tasks

Sales Management

  • Account Management of existing accounts (including contracting and sales animation)
  • Acquisition of new accounts through sales actions (tele-acquisition, one-to-one, sales blitz, online professional network)
  • Participate actively in the definition and the implementation of the sales action plan (including follow-up)
  • Develop leads sent by aparthotels reception teams
  • Develop Benelux relocation agencies
  • Create quarterly events for bookers and sales contact

Communication

  • Coordinate closely with the Account Managers of the Accor Group and Adagio sales department to promote Adagio Brussels aparthotels in the global RFPs
  • Work in close collaboration with aparthotels’ General Manager and reception teams on achieved results, optimization opportunities, market and competition information and trends. 
  • Actively participate in Brussels the market place organizations to ensure relevance of our sales strategies and join local sales networks to promote our offers.

Reporting, Tools & Benchmark

  • Conducts regular sales reporting according to the Adagio guidelines
  • Manages the relevant CRM, databases and tools
  • Conducts regular market and competition checks, and informs the teams about news and trends

Profile

  • Capacity to convert the company’s guidelines into sales objectives
  • Knowledge of Hospitality and distribution actors, ideally also on extended stay
  • Result oriented and persuasive
  • Capability to create, animate and develop a customer portfolio
  • Strong communication skills (powerpoint presentation, oral communication)
  • Team spirit to join the aparthotels operation teams as well as the European sales Adagio team
  • Perfect knowledge of French, Dutch and English
