Responsibilities:

  • Inspection and risk assessment
  • Drafting and revision of safety standards
  • Preparation, review, and implementation of Safety and Health Plans (SHP) and Safety Files (procedures, instructions, work method statements, etc.)
  • Training personnel in best safety practices and emergency response procedures
  • Investigation of accidents and incidents
  • Coordination with relevant authorities and organizations
  • Inspection of safety equipment
Exigences professionnelles

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (University or Technical Institute)
  • Postgraduate studies will be considered an additional asset
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in safety engineering in construction projects
  • Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent local certifications)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills
  • Good knowledge of workplace safety laws and regulations
Atout

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations
  • Proficiency in using tools and technologies for risk monitoring and analysis
