Job Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a top calibre Recruiter to join SPX Flow Technology’s global talent sourcing team.
Focusing on both technical and generalist recruitment within the Danish market, the Recruiter will play a pivotal role in creating and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the SPX Flow Technology Denmark business, using their insight and expertise to identify talent sourcing opportunities and risks, to inform the design of talent sourcing and selection solutions and best practices, and to ensure the just-in-time acquisition of the talent required to drive business priorities and profitable long term growth.
Role Profile
Build credible and effective working relationships with regional business leaders, managers and internal and external partners and stakeholders to provide expert talent sourcing advice and guidance
Engage and connect with a network of specialist colleagues and communities of practice in talent sourcing and talent and organization development to understand current trends, thinking and innovations in talent sourcing and specialist areas
Source candidates through a variety conventional and non-conventional methods, including research, referrals, networking, and advertising
Evaluate prospective candidates through CV reviews and behavioural, competency based, and technical interviews
Partnerwith HR business leaders to manage candidates through to the offer and on-boarding process
Track, manage, and evaluate sourcing channels and job boards and identifying new methods of discovering and attracting candidates
Produce accurate and timely reports on recruitment activities and undertake project work and bespoke assignments in line with business needs
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and dynamic recruitment professional with excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to connect quickly and collaboratively with others in a poised, convincing, and enthusiastic way.
This role requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done quickly and correctly, with an emphasis on working with and through people. Understanding people well and using that understanding effectively in motivating and persuading others will be key to success in the role.
In depth knowledge of technical and engineering recruitment within the Danish and overall EMEA market is expected, along with a proven track record of designing and delivering talent sourcing solutions, top calibre talent attraction and candidate management skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.
