RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER CARE
Work at the Menina reception desk is quite varied and never boring. The day takes place in two shifts (morning and afternoon), and both parts of the day bring their own challenges and fun at the same time.
In addition to check-in and check-out of guests, informing of guests, there is also a souvenir shop attached to the reception which is also part of the workplace.
In the camp, it is also necessary to take care of all our
guests, which requires direct communication with the tourist. We call it ``customer care''.
We care about our guests every day, so we are looking for a person who will do field work around the camp and take care of a good atmosphere among our campers.
The work includes promoting activities in the camp and the surrounding area, accepting compliments and complaints, solving situations and problems. It is also important to inform the reception and other colleagues about everyday situations.
This is an extremely important part for us, so we are looking for someone who is reliable and resourceful for the mentioned position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking care of the reception and guests of the camp
- Working with money
- Clean reception, shop and the whole area around
- Reporting issues to collegues
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- Reception work experience preferred but not required
- Work with people experience preffered but not required
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent skills in communication (in real life, via phone, via email)
- Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and daytime hours.
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowedge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
