Your missions:

  • Welcome customers, contribute to their loyalty through a warm relationship and ensure a permanent quality of service.
  • Anticipate and manage all situations in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Have a sales mindset to optimize turnover.
  • Ensure the application of internal audit procedures to secure turnover (invoicing and collection)
  • Ensure breakfast service
  • Recording, monitoring and ensuring optimum control of reservations.

 

Professional experience

  • You have good interpersonal skills and a good sense of hospitality.
  • You have a service spirit and are driven by customer satisfaction.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous and committed.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. The ability to speak another language would be a bonus.
