Receptionist

To reinforce our team for the coming season, we are looking for a versatile receptionist to work within our 2 facilities that are both located in the same building in Bayeux : The 4-star “Grand Hôtel du Luxembourg” and the 3-star “Hôtel de Brunville”.

We are looking for a candidate gifted with the following skills :

• Knowledge of the industry and first experience in it

A first experience in internship, sandwich course or full-time job in the hotel industry is a major asset for this role.

Our facilities :

• The “Grand Hôtel du Luxembourg****“ has 27 rooms
• The “Hôtel de Brunville ***“ has 33 rooms
• They feature some common services : A bar, seminar rooms, an outdoor relaxation area that includes a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a car park with 18 slots
• A restaurant
• A SPA that offers a massage room, a sauna, a hammam, a salt cave, a sensorial shower and a jacuzzi

• Handle telephone reservations, emails…
• Check reservations on the various OTAs
• Monitor the collected payments
• Welcome guests and show them to their room (in the evening)
• Ensure check-out and collect due payments (in the morning)
• Serve at the bar
• Serve groups at our restaurant
• Keep common areas clean and tidy
• Report technical issues of all departments
• Oversee and check groups arrivals
