The Authentic Village Hotel is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for the summer season of 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local
attractions - Manage phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Exigences professionnelles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Greek Language
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with hotel management systems is an advantage.
