As a Welcomer, you will work with a team of colleagues led by the Front Office Manager, and thanks to you, our guests will have a great stay at the hotel. From the moment you welcome them until our guests leave, you are their point of contact and the business card of the hotel.  

Your working day starts with a briefing to be prepared for what lies ahead. And what happens after that?  

You are flexible and can think "out of the box" to find the right solutions! As a Welcomer you welcome our guests and check in our systems. You have answers to all their questions and know everything about the area and the airport. As part of your Welcomer role, you have many contacts with other services (housekeeping, reservations, F&B). You see the whole organisation behind the scenes to ensure our guests have an impeccable stay. You answer the phone and the mails, you process the payments, make the invoices and the mail. When a customer has a question or a complaint, you know how to surprise them with the right solution or a good alternative. By asking the right questions and listening carefully to the customer, you know how to anticipate every request.  

Finally, when you check out, you know that the customer had an unforgettable stay. Together with your colleagues, you make the difference! Our motto is "dare to grow", and this is especially true in this role.
