Quality Resource Forecaster - Offshore
For our Global Project Quality Management team within our expanding offshore business located in Vejle, we are looking for a Quality Resource Forecaster. As a Quality Resource Forecaster, you will operatively support the Head of Project Quality by planning, coordinating and driving quality resource planning processes and activities. The successful candidate is expected to drive continual improvement of transparency in resource demand, training needs and status by identifying, reporting and managing the planning tools. What are my responsibilities? • Preparing the overall department resource schedule and resource plan of the full portfolio for Siemens Offshore activities • Preparing detailed quality resource plan for construction and commissioning of wind farms • Preparing reports for monthly status meetings, internally and externally • Participating actively in the continued development of Primavera, being the planning and forecasting tool within Siemens Wind Power Offshore • Supporting and monitoring the Quality Managers for the Offshore projects in maintaining Primavera • Work proactively on developing the Quality Managers in the training concept of projects in the Offshore Wind segment • Participate in developing and managing 3rd party resources and strategies for quality resources What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a Master’s degree in planning, engineering, project management, communication or in a closely related field. Alternatively, you have a combination of a Bachelor’s degree and a few years’ planning and/or training experience. As a person, you are proactive, outgoing and communicative and you utilize your excellent people skills in order to strengthen the internal training and communication. You have an analytical and systematic approach to your tasks. In addition, you possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing, as well as advanced IT skills, e.g. MS Office, Primavera or MS Project. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
