Based in Denmark, your role as Project Planner be executed in a project-oriented climate supporting primarily projects for our customers in Denmark. Our projects cover the full range from small-scale production to high-volume production facilities.
You will join our Sales & Project Execution area consisting approximately 170 highly skilled employees. As one of our new, experienced colleagues, you will be involved in phases from basic, detailed design to construction, commissioning and hand-over. You will work as a consultant to our customers independently or as part of a project team within Sales & Project Execution.

How you might spend your days
As a Project Planner, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you will
- manage project time schedules at all levels with assistance from other project members.
- identify solutions to time schedule constraints and to meet overall requirements on time.
- give advice to project managers and be an active part of the project management team.
- evaluate, register progress and earned value on tasks and estimate time/work to finish.
- assist in evaluating time schedules and progress reports from sub-suppliers.
- supply schedule and progress data to any project reporting required.
- drive the creation and maintenance of planning guidelines.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role: :
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Experience with using the planning tools Microsoft Project and Primavera
- Experience with using various planning types: Network diagrams, Gant charts, etc.
- Experience from the pharmaceutical, biotech, food or chemical industry
- Experience in use of Earned Value Management methodology
- Strong ability to create structure
- Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written) and you live in Denmark
- You have knowledge of all project execution phases
