Product Manager - LTSA Sales Agreements, MAN Energy Solutions

You will play an important role in:

LTSA offers tailored solutions covering Spare Parts, Services, and Advisory support for our partners in the maritime sector. In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining seamless coordination among various stakeholders. As a Product Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for regional colleagues and direct customers, within your sales domain. This requires a background in and interest for project sales. Additionally, the position demands both independence and a collaborative spirit, given the diverse cultural backgrounds of our regional team members. 

Reporting directly to the Head of LTSA Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commitment to excellence. 

Furthermore, you will: 

• Create and develop business results and customer relations within a defined customer base, promoting MAN ES solutions and value propositions, in cooperation with IGCs  
• Master Value Propositions for package solutions from MAN ES 
• Responsible for knowledge sharing within the region, and building competence together with the sales team.  
• Handle planning, result creation, CRM and pipeline management, and own development of your responsible market together with our local offices. 
• Create Sales Pipelines together with other Product managers in the region.  
• Planning of customer visits, regionally together with the IGC’s 
• Work closely together with important stakeholders 

We imagine that you:

• Have +6 years of sales experience 
• Have experience with communicating within B2B 
• Are strong in English, both oral and in writing  
• Are self-motivated with ability to guide & mentor your nearest team to achieve collective goals and positive results 
• Have good organizational skills and attention to detail to serve internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner 
• Are open, curious and innovative in your approach to finding the best solution for our customers 

Moreover the following will be an advantage: 

• Knowledge within 2 and/or 4-Stroke Engines.  
• Knowledge within SAP/Team Center 
• Having an engineering or business related degree, e.g., Marine Engineer, will be an advantage
