We are hiring a Payroll Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Process payroll on a weekly basis for 400+ employees.
  • Upload all timesheets onto SAP platform when issued from projects.
  • Calculate holiday entitlements, bike to work scheme, pension contributions and BIK. Implement all necessary deductions.
  • Completion salary certificates with supporting documents for references etc.
  • Complete a weekly analysis of costings and departments.
  • Ensure costings are accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure associated costs are allocated to the correct projects on a weekly basis.
  • Consistent review and updates of the IMS system.
  • Process paperwork for new employees on HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Ensure all systems are backed up and checked with associated journals completed weekly.
  • Update and download RPN’s on a weekly basis with the enhanced reporting for Revenue.
  • Process any leavers and update their leaving dates on ROS.
  • Ensure to maintain the upkeep and management of employee records.
  • Ensure to monitor and update any changes in salary and benefit packages.
  • Liaise with the CPO regularly to agree actions and discuss priorities.  
  • Maintain HR records on annual leave and sick leave for all employees. Ensure all HR systems are kept up to date. Indicate to managers if there are any issues, using the information and any reports you have compiled.
  • Co-ordinate approval of employee mileage and business expenses and process in a timely manner.
  • Create and update employee dashboards on a weekly basis and issue formal report weekly
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of company HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR.
  • Review and analysis pension returns and on a monthly basis with the returns issued in a timely manner.
  • Create and update employee dashboards on a weekly basis and issue formal report weekly
  • Assist with onboarding as required.
