Purpose of the role
We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter to join their team. This is a superb opportunity for a keen, hardworking and enthusiastic individual.
The Spray painter is responsible for surface finishing our products as part of the production team to manufacture performance metal doors/windows.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a large volume spray painting production line facility.
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude are required.
Applicants should demonstrate manual dexterity, attention to details, good communication skills, and teamwork
The role is primarily concerned with ensuring products are sprayed in a timely manner to the required standard.
Duties Include:
- Preparing Doors for painting.
- Mixing the correct paint to apply to different door types
- Applying paint products correctly and to a high standard.
- Adhering to the relevant Manufacturer / Insurer standards and requirements.
- Observing all relevant Health & Safety procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a Machinery production paint shop/Bodyshop or accident repair environment.
- Understanding the metals of painting and preparation process.
- Proven previous experience in a similar role.
- Team player as well as being able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good standard of written and spoken English.
