Operator (m/f) 3 shifts

In our factory in Duffel, 120 employees produce extruded profiles for all kinds of innovative and constructive solutions for the most diverse applications. The focus here is on semi-finished products

RESPONISEBILITIES:

You will set up the machines and you operate the machines

You help to solve malfunctions on the machines

You check the technical passports

You check the production parameters of the process and adjust the necessary installations where

necessary (physical actions and/or computer-controlled changes)

You check the products

You will be trained by experienced colleagues and will be given the necessary growth opportunities

over time to learn other work functions

YOUR SKILLS:

You are technically interested.

You preferably have experience as a production employee. If not, you are interested in being trained.

You are experienced with shift work in a production environment or alternatively you are interested

in working in a 3-shift regime without weekend work.

You work independently, but are also a team player.

You are precise, quality-conscious and have an eye for safety.

You take initiative, you act responsibly and have a hands-on mentality.
