Vacancy : Booking Clerk

We are looking to employ a part-time booking clerk to handle our day to day operations. Able to work on weekends from 8am till 4pm. Candidates need to have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills and be fluent in English. Training will be provided. Please send your CV to info@yippeemalta.com.

Email & phone correspondence with clients & guests

Inputting bookings in the booking system

Managing bookings, cancellations, availability

Liaising within the company (within the office, garage, restaurant & 3rd party service providers
