Master Scheduler (Belgium or Bulgaria)

As a MASTER SCHEDULER at Melexis, you will manage the supply of the assigned projects towards customer short/mid/long term demand by pulling material through all supply chain processes 

and by communicating throughout the organization, to ultimately deliver the goods on time and in full to the final customers.

More specifically, you will:

• Ensure right amount of material is in the pipe and communicate efficiently with all 
  
  stakeholders over the whole Supply Chain, to cover anticipated demands while keeping the inventory and costs at the optimal level
• Ensure a smooth transfer to planning of any new product from development into 
  
  production
• Manage phase ins/ phase outs of products in close cooperation with the Business Unit Analyst in order to assure sufficient material for ramp up
• Search and implement solutions, in case customer request cannot be met, till the 
  
  delivery is completed
• Use the key performance indicators on planning and operations, to create awareness and to engage the responsible teams to draw up relevant action plans
• Propose improvements for supply chain business rules

Profile:

• University degree in economics, business administration or engineering
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge in supply chain planning methodologies and processes
• Experience in working with an ERP system
• Result-oriented attitude and ability to prioritize her/his work tasks
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools, specially EXCEL
• Fluent English
