Exigences professionnelles

Your Responsibilities

Organization of cross-location communication in German and English
Independent processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
Preparation of reports, minutes, and lists – including professional follow-up
Coordination and support of internal messengers
Planning and implementation of meetings, events, and company celebrations
Organization and booking of worldwide business trips, including for external guests
Management and maintenance of conference rooms
Purchasing of office supplies and consumables as well as company gifts
Support with smaller administrative projects
Responsibility for canteen management
General secretarial tasks, appointment management, preparatory accounting
Professional minute-taking of internal meetings

 

Experience
Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk or with a similar background
Relevant professional experience in an assistant or secretarial role
Confident use of MS Office and digital tools
Fluent German and very good English skills
Initial insights into communications and marketing desirable
Professional, friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills
Discretion, flexibility, high level of self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
