As Maitre 'd you will be managing lunch and dinner service and assisting the restaurant manager in the daily operation.
We have an high end classic dinner service with set menus of three, five and a tasting menu that are served in the main dining room. Lunch is a slightly less formal service on the terrace and salons located in the center of the hotel.
Example of daily tasks:
- Serving of wine, beer and alcohol free pairings for all dishes.
- Ensure the quality of the daily operations
- Lead the waiters during service
- Be central in creating a good work environment
- Assist Restaurant Manager in training of staff
- Assist Restaurant Manager in cost control and staffing
Hiring date is from 15.04.2024 until 8.10.2024
- Experience from similar position is a must
- High competence in etiquette and classic fine dining
- Detail oriented
- Knowledgeable and interested in food and wine
- Good collaboration skills and is solution-oriented
