The Records Management department is responsible for handling documentation and secure the quality of technical information in the full life cycle of offshore facilities - from development to operation & maintenance - and we are located where the activities take place as integrated members of projects and operational teams. The department is a part of Exploration & Production, which has 700 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We explore for and produce oil and natural gas. Today, our activities are centred in the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, and we have an ambitious growth strategy with many exciting projects in the pipeline. The Hejre field development consists of a stand-alone, manned, integrated live oil processing platform. The live oil will be exported and transmitted to the DONG Oil Pipe’s Terminal in Fredericia via the DONG Energy's Gorm E pumping platform. First oil from the Hejre field is expected in 2016. We are now looking for a LCI Engineer to join our the Hejre project team working to secure sufficient quality and management of technical information needed for the future operation and maintenance. Work will take place in Gentofte with some travel to the contractors/suppliers and to Hejre Operation in Esbjerg. When Hejre is in operation, you may choose to be based at our office in Gentofte or Esbjerg and your future tasks will include setting requirements to and handling of life cycle information of facilities in operation or under development. Areas of responsibility As LCI Engineer you will ensure the requirements to technical information are implemented towards contractors, suppliers and within the project organisation in order to prepare for efficient operation of the facility. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: Participate in the formal handover of all LCI milestones to DONG E&P Coordinate and follow-up the LCI production within own engineering and by contractors/suppliers Provide LCI support and training to a variety of roles Participate in meetings with contractors/suppliers Participate in development of a new LCI IT system which involves setting up improved work processes for managing technical information and efficiently collaborate Participate in the preparations for handover from project to operation Your profile You are typical an engineer or have other technical background with some years of experience with managing or using technical information in the Oil and Gas industry. Preferably you have knowledge of the Life Cycle Information deliverables and requirements in the industry and knows what is needed in the operational phase. As a person you have a structured work approach and focus on details, when needed. You are self-motivated, team player with a strength to execute. You can work under pressure and on own initiative take contact to a variety of roles. You have good communication skills and the ability to influence others. You use your high level of culture awareness and have a solution-oriented approach.
